Neil's career history began in 1981 when he joined the HM Forces as a Royal Engineer. During his 14 years of service his most memorable achievement was competing in the 1988 Winter Olympic Games as a Biathlete.

Neil's Technical background enables him to research new business opportunities for the company. "Over the past 4 years this has resulted in SDH being involved in prestigious projects and winning business in Europe, Middle East and more recently, West Africa."

Neil has been instrumental in positioning SDH across Industries which have recognized skills shortages and has resulted in several partnering agreements to deliver Recruitment, Training and Placement Programes for our Client's.

Neil believes that SDH now have the right balanced approach which sets them apart from the rest.

Neil is the proud father of Luke who was born in March 2007.
